Aaron's march 15-19

more of the same this week for me. Just researching what other schools have and what we can do better. Honestly it's getting a little tedious. I got a response back from Dr. Fry on the first half of my research this week. He highlighted some things that he'd like more information on so hopefully I can finish up the second half of the research in this next week or so and get started on that.

My biggest challenge of the week is just continuing to do the tedious work of going through different schools websites and catalogs and taking notes. I've got something like 30 schools left to look at out of 109. My biggest joy would have to be that I'm almost done with that part.

A leadership lesson I've learned this week is that leadership isn't always exciting. For me this week, it's actually been pretty boring.

I honestly can't think of a really good question this week, so I guess I'll ask have any of you experience the feeling of tediousness in your project and how have you dealt with it?
