This has been a great week for my project. It's been a week that has kind of refreshed my spirits. The first task that I did was to create a calendar that stated how many hours per day I need to work on the project to get in all my hours. Also on the calendar it shows how much time will be put into class, research, board meetings, the proposal, the presentation preparations, and also the paper. The next task I did was to find more articles on the topics that needed to be researched. I think this is the last set of articles I will need before starting on the proposal. I also started to read and take notes on these articles.
The greatest joy was creating the calendar. It really helps to see what I need to do before this project can be completed. It kind of showed me that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. The greatest challenge was doing the last bit of finding articles. I'm not a big fan of searching through the databases.
The leadership lesson I learned is that rest is important. I think taking spring break and the next week off have really helped. It's good to take a break, and rest when we need it.
My question for the week is: Does anyone see the light at the end of the tunnel like I have?

Ben,
ReplyDeleteYes, I definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel. I was actually just thinking about that today and how close we are to the end of the semester
The light is so bright! It is exciting to not only see an end to my part in the project but to see the results coming together so nicely. The only problem with the light is that it seems to have a tiring affect on the body and mind. Some may call that senioritis...I blame it on the light.
