Aaron's march 22-26

I'm almost done with researching CCCU schools. I've been through 101 out of 109 and I can't wait to finish. Once I'm done, I'll send the second half of my notes to Dr. Brian Fry and start looking deeper into things that he wants to know more about. I think I might try to go in and talk to him about the UNV 480 idea because I'm still really interested in it.
My biggest joy is almost being done with endless hours of browsing through webpages. I can start talking to real people next week. My biggest challenge is finishing strong. As I get close, I've noticed a tendency to want to rush and I've had to slow down and make sure that I do things right to the very end.
A leadership lesson I learned this week is that you can't get sloppy in the end stages. It's tempting to rush through and just get things done, but it won't benefit anyone.
My question this week: Is anyone else feeling that the implementing phase is still far off?

  1. I guess I have gotten to see some progress in ours, but I feel the same way, in a kind of way. Our project just seems so far off from actually making it part of IWU Leadership department and when I think of all the datails and what a successful organization would look like. I feel like we are far off, but I can see how this would be frustrating for you!
