This week was very productive for me. I finally finished up my research for the board development. I am very pleased to be done looking through the data bases. I had a board meeting week that I attended. I got to talk to the staff for a little bit to gain some more information that I needed for the project. I told them that the development proposal would be ready for the next meeting. I also had a meeting with Megan to help give me some direction in regards to creating the proposal. Overall it was a very productive week.
My greatest joy was finishing up the research. It was a very long process, and it was good to see the project progressing. The biggest challenge is trying to figure out how to professional make a proposal. I'm really sure what direction to take in regards to creating it.
The leadership lesson that I learned was that it's good to see the small steps being created. It's a wise idea to create those short term wins. I think that it really helps to keep motivation up.
I really don't have a good question for everybody this week.
