Do you have any ideas of how to make this project lasting? It is lasting in their hearts but hoe can I recreate this event without having the money provided?

Becky's Blog 6 (3/20-3/26)
Well, I forgot to post because I have been taking a break from my project this week. The event went well last saturday and I received a lot of good feedback! They all want to do it again. The schedule ran smoothly and the speakers were great. Everybody loved getting free stuff too. Only 16 showed up which I was disappointed about, but then I remembered that success is not about the numbers but about how much people were impacted; and they were! People said they had some things confirmed in their lives, and the speakers were able to get to know more people because there were less of them. One thing I would like to change next time is making it shorter, because by the third speaker everyone was really tired, but then they asked a TON of questions during the panel discussion so I don't really know, I thought they were a good trio. Basically, getting the event over with was both a challenge and a joy this week. And my leadership lesson was that it's about quality not quantity.

I think that it's all about getting the key people on board. For my project it's all about selling the idea to the staff and board members. So I don't know if there are solid people that you could sell the idea too?
