This week I have just been working on my paper trying to remember everything I did this semester. I have had a lot of really busy days and am having a hard time finding time to work on it. But hopefully I can finish it up this weekend. I asked one of my friends if they would be willing to read it and see if everything flows and makes sense so that will be helpful.
One joy this week was getting the paper extended!
One challenge this week was trying to figure out how I am going to make everything fir together in my lit/ review.
A leadership lesson I learned is that I still need to work hard on this project even though it is "done" in my mind. The implementation is done but I still need to evaluate it and write about it so that other people can learn about it. Hopefully my paper will help communicate the vision better.
Question: Who wants this semester to be done??? I DO!!!
i do. i don't have everything done yet but i want it to be done.
