This week we had our 3rd board meeting. It went pretty well. That same day I met with the three other student officers to discuss the nonprofit organizations and their biggest needs from the needs assessment we conducted last semester. Kendra and I started working on the paper this week and I feel like we've got a lot done so far. We spend a lot of time taking notes on the articles we found to make it easier to write the lit. review and we've also split up the other sections of the paper to get things done faster.
The greatest joy from this past week was knocking out a few sections of the paper. It's very encouraging for me to get smaller sections done at a time. The greatest challenge from the week would probably be dealing with the lit. review. It's just a pain to have to think about another one.
The leadership lesson I learned this week was that you get much more accomplished when you aren't doing everything yourself. It is very nice to be able to work on the paper with Kendra, we work well together and make better use out of the time we have to work on the paper.
Question: Where are you guys finding the majority of your sources?
