This week was a pretty uneventful week for Kendra and I. Monday was the only day Kendra and I met up to talk about the project. Other than that, we didn’t really do much. The board meeting that was supposed to be this week was pushed back to the week after spring break so we just pushed back everything we were working on as well. Personally I didn’t really face any major challenges this week because I did not do much with the project. The greatest joy is definitely the fact that spring break is next week!!
One lesson in leadership I learned this week is that knowledge is power and to empower constituents you need to give the information they need to work effectively. (I learned this today in LDR 420 and it really doesn’t pertain to our project at all but it’s what I learned!)
Question: Is everyone else pumped about spring break? Is anyone going somewhere awesome?

haha, not sure that should count as a question, but yeah, I'm really pumped. I'm heading out to Utah to go rock climbing!
ReplyDeletePUMPED and leaving in two hours. Going to Nashville TN for fun with no plan besides to have no plan and do whatever we want.
